Saudi cylinder blast kills 7 Bangladeshis

Dhaka, Apr 18 (Just News): Seven Bangladesh nationals, including two siblings, were killed after a gas cylinder exploded in their room in Ha’il, a city in north-western Saudi Arabia early Wednesday.

Three of the deceased are Md Sohel Rana, 30, son of a certain Sirajul Islam of Sreepur village in Chauddagram upazila of Cumilla and Emranul Haque Sohel, 34, and his brother Imamul Haque Munna, 22, sons of one Abdul Haque of Basantapur village in the upazila.

Of the other unidentified deceased, one is from Feni and the rest two from Noakhali.

Families of the victims said the Bangladeshi workers went to sleep in their room on Tuesday night as usual, and the gas cylinder went off in the early hours of Wednesday, killing them on the spot.
