Dhaka, July 19 (Just News): A group of teachers have taken their stand against repression on students and teachers at campus, calling out for justice into incidents of assaults.
Teachers, converging from all over the country, placed the call at a rally under the banner of ‘Teachers Against Repression’, at Aporajeyo Bangla, Dhaka University.
Among those who were at the programme were Prof Anu Muhammad, department of economics at Jahangirnagar University, Prof MM Akash, department of economics at Dhaka University, Prof Fahmidul Haq, department of Mass Communication and Journalism, University of Dhaka, and Tanzimuddin Khan, associate professor of International Relations, University of Dhaka.
