Pabna, Sep 1 (Just News): The body of a woman, who went missing as a boat sank in the Chalan Beel in Chatmohar upazilaon Friday evening, was recovered early Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Momtaz Pervin Sheuli, 45, wife of scientific officer Billal Hossain Goni of Ishwardi Regional Agricultural Research Station.
A team of divers recovered the body around1:10am said Chatmohar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Oshim Kumar.
Besides, four people, including Billal, stillremain missing.
The other missing people are Shahanz Pervin Parul, wife ofcolumnist Mosharraf Hossain Musa, Rafiqul Islam Swapan, son of Saidur Rahman Biswasof Ambagan in Ishwardi upazila and his daughter Sadia Khatun.
Five people went missing as a boat sank in the beel around7:30 pmon the day when a crackdeveloped at its bottom.
Allbut five passengers swsm ashore, said Taposh Kumar Paul, senior assistant superintendent of Chatmohar circle police.
