Dhaka, Jan 1 (Just News): Some 35.42 crore (exact figure 35, 42, 90,162) textbooks are being distributed among the students of primary to intermediate-level across the country in 2018 academic year.
Education minister Nurul Islam Nahid distributed books at the complex of Azimpur Girls' School and College at 10:00am while primary and mass education minister Mostafizur Rahman provided free text books among the students at Dhaka University Playground on Monday.
Prime minister Sheikh Hasina formally inaugurated the distribution of free textbooks among students up to the secondary level for the academic year 2018 on Saturday.
