The physical condition of renowned singer Andrew Kishore, who has been battling cancer, is stated to be critical today.
He is now undergoing treatment at a clinic owned by his sister Shikha Biswas, in his hometown Rajshahi, said music director Farid Ahmed.
"Andrew Kishore is alive. However, his physical condition is critical and he can't speak," he said, urging all to pray for the singer.
Andrew Kishore has been battling cancer for long. He returned to the country on a special flight on June 11 after undergoing treatment in Singapore for nine months.
Since then, he has been living in Rajshahi.
