Firefighters have recovered the body of a Bangladeshi worker who was trapped after part of a building under construction collapsed in Jalan Cochrane.
Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department director Khiruddin Drahman said firemen recovered the body of the worker, who was in his 20s, at 5.23am on Wednesday.
He said a section of the building collapsed at about 5.30pm on Tuesday (Jan 9).
Tenaga Nasional Berhad, in a statement on Tuesday, confirmed that a small section of a floor of the main intake substation under construction near the Cochrane MRT had collapsed. - Bernama
