The health condition of Attorney General Mahbubey Alam, who has been receiving treatment at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) for Covid-19 infection, deteriorated again tonight.
"His health is not well now. He is now under observation in the hospital," said his junior lawyer Advocate Md Masud.
Advocate Mahbubey Alam was admitted to CMH in Dhaka for treatment after he tested positive for Covid-19 on September 4.
He was taken to the ICU on Friday morning after his health suddenly deteriorated, but it showed some improvement afterwards.
Binota Mahbub, wife of the advocate, could not be reached for comments despite several attempts.
