The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) today approved a charge sheet against the former Director-General of Directorate General of Health Services, Abul Kalam Azad, and five others in the Regent Hospital scam.
According to ACC sources, the charge sheet will be submitted to the court within this week.
Abul Kalam Azad was implicated in the case during the investigation. Earlier, five people, including Shahed Karim, were the accused in the case.
