Dhaka Water Supply And Sewerage Authority (Wasa) Managing Director Taqsem A Khan is set to go on a study tour to Japan.
His visit is scheduled from October 2 to 7, reports Bangla Tribune.
Minister of Local Government and Rural Development Tajul Islam, Assistant Secretary to the minister Mohammad Zahid Hossain Chowdhury, Executive Engineer of Wasa Mohammad Badrul Alam will also accompany him on the tour.
A government order in this regard stated the Asian Development Bank will bear all the expenses of the visit.
However, the nature of the study tour was not specified.
Earlier this year, Taqsem had also travelled to United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Spain and the Netherlands.
