At least three persons were killed as a train hit an auto-rickshaw at a level crossing in Laksam upazila in Cumilla this morning.
The incident took place in Tughuria area around 10:30am, Assistant Sub-inspector Abdul Alim of Laksam Railway Police Station told.
Jasim Uddin Khandaker, officer-in-charge of Laksam Railway Police Station, said there was no gateman at the level crossing as it is unauthorised.
