Dhaka, Sept 16 (Just News): The newly formed medical board formed with physicians from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University for examining imprisoned Bangladesh Nationalist Party chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia’s health condition said that they thought that Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University is the best referral hospital.

BSMMU director Brigadier General Abdullah Al Harun at a press briefing at BSMMU on Sunday said that the BNP chief’s physical condition is not under any danger now but for her better treatment she should be treated at a hospital run by specialised doctors of all fields.

He said that the medical team found Khaleda Zia was suffering from the diseases that she used to suffer before she was jailed.

The BSMMU director said that the medical board had sent their findings and recommendations to the jail authorities.

The board also recommended some diagnosis for the BNP chief.
