Dhaka, Dec 21 (Just News) : Two people, including a woman, were killed in two separate train accidents in city’s Banani and Mohakhali areas on Thursday morning.
The identities of the deceased, aged between 30 and 40 years, could not be known.
Rabiullah, assistant sub-inspector of Kamalapur Railway Police, said a youth was crushed under the wheels of a train at North side of Banani railway station while crossing the railway tracks around 8 am.
Besides, a woman died after she was hit by a train at Amtoli of Mohakhali area around 11:30 am.
The bodies were sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy, he added.
