A police sub-inspector has died from dengue fever at hospital in Dhaka.
Police Sub-Inspector Kohinur Begum died around 1:15am at Mohammadpur’s City Hospital on Wednesday.

Requesting anonymity, a City Hospital staff confirmed the death.
Sources said Kohinur was admitted to the hospital’s general ward on July 29, and was later shifted to the Intensive Care Unit on Tuesday morning.
Her namaz-e-janaza will be held at Rajarbagh Police Lines.
