A fire has broken out at a plastic factory in Lalbagh's Posta area in Old Dhaka.
The incident occurred around 10:40pm on Wednesday.
A total of 15 fire fighting units are now present at the spot to douse the fire. Fire Service Central Control Room Duty Officer Babul Miah has confirmed the matter.
"We have no news of any casualties.The cause of the fire is sill unknown," he said.
