A fire broke out at a foam factory in Mirerbazar are of Pubail here on Tuesday.
Mamunur Rashid, deputy assistant director of Gazipur Fire Service and Civil Defense, said the fire broke out in the factory around 8 am.
Three firefighting units from Tongi and Kaliganj brought the fire blaze under control around 9:30, he said.
The cause of the fire could not be known yet. No causality has been reported.
