Dhaka, Oct 26 (Just News): One person was killed and one two injured during a clash between police and workers at Postogola Bridge on Friday afternoon.
Police opened fire on agitated workers who protested the toll hike on the Postogola Bridge.
The deceased has been identified as 30-year old worker Sohel.
The injured, Akash, 25 and Masud, 30, have been admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH), said SI Bachchu Mia at the hospital Police camp.
The situation has normalised after two hours of protest at the capital’s Keraniganj area.
