Dhaka, Dec 31 (Just News): Top leaders of Jatiya Oikyafront hold a meeting at its chief Kamal Hossain's chamber at Motijheel in Dhaka on Monday
Jatiya Oikyafront on Monday decided to submit memorandum to the Election Commission seeking cancellation of farcical results of 11th general election and holding immediate re-election.
The Front chief Kamal Hossain also said they will come up with programmes for holding election again under a neutral non-partisan government.
He said the front rejected the results of the election.
With unprecedented rigging, it could be ensured win of Awami League but it ensured lose of Bangladesh, he said.
Responding to a question whether the MPs-elect of the Oikyafront will take oath, Bangladesh Nationalist Party secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said, ‘We have rejected the result and this rejection is rejection.’
The senior leaders of the front held a meeting at the office of its chief Kamal Hossain at Motijheel in the evening.
