Taskin takes five as Bangladesh dismiss SA for 154

Taskin Ahmed took his second ODI five-for as a disciplined Bangladesh dismissed South Africa for 154 in 37 overs in the series deciding match Wednesday at SuperSport Park, Centurion.

Batting first, the Proteas openers put on 46 before it all went downhill in the face of some tight bowling by the Tigers, led by the impressive Taskin, who finished with 5/35 in nine overs.

The embattled Shakib al Hasan also showed his usual bowling class putting in an economical shift, conceding only 24 runs in nine overs and bagging two wickets.

Mehedi Hasan Miraz and Shariful Islam also picked up one wicket each as the hosts lost their 10 wickets for 108 runs in the end.

In a disappointing batting display by the home team, Janneman Malan top-scored with 39 while tail-ender Keshav Maharaj made 28.

Bangladesh playing XI remain unchanged compared to the first two matches of the series while South Africa made one change as Dwaine Pretorius came in replacing Wayne Parnell.
