LGRD and Co-operatives Adviser Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuyain on Saturday said not animal, but pride, jealousy, and injustice should be sacrificed.
“Let sacrifice be a new expression of social change,” he said at his verified Facebook page.
Asif, also Adviser of Sports Ministry, said, “Sacrifice of animal is our religious duty, but standing by people is a human duty. Let's not let anyone be deprived of the joy of Eid, let's build a beautiful society with equality and cooperation.”
