Bangladesh logged an additional 21 deaths and 1,837 infections from COVID-19 in the past 24 hours on Sunday, counting the death toll to 6,194 and infections to 432,333.
Among the deceased, 17 were male and 4 female patients.
A Directorate General of Health Services release came up with the latest COVID-19 data.
Some 14,060 specimens were tested in the timeline at 116 labs across the country.
Bangladesh had tested a total of 25,41,194 specimens as of November 15.
A total of 1,693 patients were declared free from novel coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours totalling the recovery to 349,542.
Bangladesh on March 8 reported the first COVID-19 positive cases while the first death was logged ten days later on March 18.
