The body of a teenager has been found near Central Shaheed Minar in Dhaka’s Shahbag area.
The deceased is Mim, 16, daughter of Sundari Begum from Kamrangichar Jhauchor area.
Mim’s friends found her in an unconscious state and rushed her to the emergency department of Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) where on-duty doctors declared her dead at 3.15am on Sunday.
DMCH police outpost Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Abdul Khan confirmed the matter.
