At least seven people were killed as two buses collided on Dhaka-Sylhet highway in Dakshin Surma upazila of Sylhet this morning.
A bus of Ena Express collided head-on with a bus of London Express near Rashidpur bridge around 6:30am, Monirul Islam, officer-in-charge of Dakshin Surma Police Station, said quoting witnesses.
At least seven people died and a number of passengers were injured in the accident, he told our Sylhet correspondent.
All injured were sent to Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital, the OC said adding, the death toll may rise.
