The Rapid Action Battalion arrested a bus driver and his assistant for pushing off a speech-impaired woman from a bus on Sunday.
RAB arrested driver Sobuj Mia and his assistant Hasan of the N Mallick Paribahan bus, said RAB assistant director for media wing Emran Khan on Tuesday.
A local person recorded the incident on his mobile on Sunday morning as the woman was pushed off by the bus conductor at Rohitpur of Keraniganj.
The video, which went viral on social media, showed that the conductor of the N Mallick Paribahan bus pushed her off near Rohitpur bus stop after the bus slowed down.
