Bangladesh government is going to impose strict restrictions shutting down all business activities and offices from July 1 morning till July 7 midnight to contain the spread of Covid-19.
No one will be allowed to move outside without emergency during the time, said cabinet secretary Khandker Anwarul Islam on Monday after the weekly Cabinet meeting held at Sangsad Bhaban.
He said armed forces, BGB and APBn would be deployed to enforce the restrictions.
The cabinet secretary told reporters at the secretariat that the Cabinet Division would issue another circular on Tuesday with details.
