Police have recovered the phone of planning minister MA Mannan which was snatched from him on June 1.
Dhaka Metropolitan Ramna division recovered the iphone around one and a half months after the incident, said a text from DMP on Monday.
Police said that the detail information in this regard would be revealed in a press briefing.
A snatcher took away the mobile phone of planning minister MA Mannan in the evening on June 1 while he was talking over phone inside his car at the Bijoy Sarani intersection.
The incident took place at about 7:00pm when the planning minister’s official car was stuck in traffic on the way to his house at Baily Road from the planning ministry office.
Police said that the cell phone was shifted among three to four hands after the snatching.
