A fire broke out at the building of National Curriculum and Textbook Board in Dhaka's Motijheel area this noon.
The fire originated around 12:30pm on the fifth floor of the 12-storey building. Three firefighting units were rushing to douse the fire, Khaleda Yeasmin, duty officer of Fire Service and Civil Defence Headquarters.
The cause of the fire could not be known immediately.
