Senior Supreme Court lawyer, former lawmaker and former High Court judge TH Khan died at a hospital in Mohamamadpur area of Bangladesh capital Dhaka on Sunday afternoon.
He was 102.
Supreme Court Bar Association secretary Ruhul Quddus Kazal said that the High Court would not sit for Monday while the Appellate Division will suspend its proceedings after holding morning sessions, to mourn the death of the legendary lawyer.
Kazal said that his namaz-e-janaza will be held at 11:30am on Monday on the Supreme Court Bar Association premises.
