The results of the Higher Secondary Certificate and equivalent examinations for 2021 will be published on February 13.

The HSC and equivalent examinations were held between December 2 and December 30 in 2021 across Bangladesh after a gap of one year.
These examinations were not held in 2020 due to the Covid outbreak.
The 2020 HSC and equivalent examinees were given grade points using the subject mapping method based on their results in the Secondary School Certificate, Junior School Certificate and equivalent examinations.
This year, 13,99,690 candidates sat for the HSC and equivalent examinations.
Despite the Covid pandemic, the number of HSC and equivalent examinees this year has increased by 33,901 from 13,65,789 in 2020, a 2.48 per cent rise, according to the education ministry.
In 2020, the SSC, JSC and equivalent examinations were held normally.
