Education Minister Dipu Moni today said that in-person classes of secondary schools, colleges, and universities will resume from February 22.
The minister said this in a press briefing at the Secretariat this morning.
"Students aged 12 and above who have received two doses of Covid-19 vaccine, can attend classes in person. Other students will be participating online and TV classes "she said.
She further said, "Primary schools will not reopen right now. We'll have to wait for at least two weeks for reopening the primary schools."
The country's educational institutions have been closed since March 17, 2020 due to the Covid-19 outbreak.
