No Covid-19 death was reported in 24 hours till 8am today, said a press release issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
The total number of Covid-19 deaths in the country remains at 29,124 and the death rate is 1.49 percent.
At least 27 new infections from Covid-19 were recorded in the 24 hours. The total number of cases rose to 19,52,224 added the release.
The current positivity rate is 0.64 percent while the total positivity rate stands at 14.03 percent, said the release.
A total of 4,193 samples were tested across the country during this time.
At least 180 patients recovered from Covid-19 during the period. The total number of recoveries now stands at 18,90,264 and the recovery rate at 96.83 percent, added the release.
