Bangladesh reported zero deaths from coronavirus and 22 news infections in 24 hours to Wednesday morning.
Another 241 people recovered from the illness nationwide, according to the Directorate General of Health Services.
The latest additions took the country’s total caseload to 1,953,103 and the total number of recoveries to 1,900,138, while the death toll remained unchanged at 29,127.
Altogether 5,001 samples were tested across the country, yielding a positivity rate of 0.44%.
