Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni on Friday advised teachers to take classes with the help of books uploaded to the NCTB website if there is a delay in the delivery of textbooks.
“The students who had yet to receive their textbooks were supposed to receive them by January 25. If there is a delay anywhere, I will definitely look into it,” she told reporters at Chandpur Circuit House.
“However, we have every textbook on our government website. Therefore, if there is a delay, teachers can teach their students using the website,” she added.
Dipu Moni also said: “Not only knowledge-based learning but students must also be educated in skills-based learning and learn soft skills and values. Only then will they become smart citizens.”
