A total of 85.95 percent students passed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations across the country.

The pass rate in Dhaka is 87.8 percent, Chattogram 78.76 percent, Rajshahi 81.51 percent, Sylhet 81.4 percent, and Barishal 86.95 percent, sources in the education boards said.
