Detectives today arrested three people, including the two owners of the building in Dhaka's Siddikbazar area where a deadly blast on Tuesday resulted in the deaths of 21 people.
They are: building owner Wahidur Rahman, 46, and Matiur Rahman, 36, and shop owner Motaleb Mintu, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Media) of DMP KN Roy Niyoti told.
Wahidur and Matiur are brothers, the ADC said.
