Former caretaker government adviser and senior Supreme Court lawyer Mainul Hosein died at a city hospital on Saturday evening.
Mainul’s son Javed Hosein said that his father died at the Evercare Hospital at 6:00pm following a brain hemorrhage that was caused after he had fallen at his Baridhara residence three days ago.
Mainul Hosean was 83-year old.
Javed said that Mainul Hosein was fully cured from his cancer after being treated at the Evercare Hospital.
Mainul Hosein’s first namaz-e-janaza will be held at the Baridhara Jame Mosque at 10:00am on Sunday.
Javed said that Mainul Hosein would be buried at the Azimpur graveyard after a second namaz-e-janaza at the Supreme Court compound after zuhr prayer.
