Ganatantra Mancha, an alliance of seven parties, is scheduled to go to BNP's Nayapaltan office in Dhaka tomorrow to discuss the formation of a liaison committee to wage simultaneous movement with BNP.
They are scheduled to go there at 2:00pm tomorrow.
A liaison committee will be formed to wage simultaneous movement with BNP, the alliance told a press conference at Bangladesh Shishu Kalyan Parishad in Topkhana Road today.
Nagorik Oikya President Mahmudur Rahman Manna read out a written statement announcing Ganatantra Mancha's 14-point demand for political, economic and cultural rights of people.
"The 14-point demand was submitted to BNP and a discussion will be held in light of these points.
Chief Coordinator of Gono Sanghati Andolon Zonayed Saki, General Secretary of Biplobi Workers Party Saiful Haque, State Reform Movement's Hasnat Qayyum, Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) General Secretary Shaheed Uddin Mahmud, among others, were present at the press conference.
