Dhaka, Jan 30 (Just News): The number of the country’s voters has increased to 10.41 crore, according to the Election Commission.
Releasing the updated voter list at a press conference at Nirbachon Bhaban , acting secretary to the EC Helaluddin Ahmed said in last one year, 2,701,780 voters have been included in list raising the total number to 104,142,381.
Of the total voters, 52,512,105 are male while 51,630, 276 are female.
On January 31, 2017, there were 101,440,601 voters in the country.
Helaluddin Ahmed said as there is an opportunity for people to be included in the voter list as another final voter list will be released before the next national election.
