Four members of same family was killed in a landslide at village Satjami of Jaintapur Upazila in Sylhet on Monday morning.
The deceased were identified as Juber Ahmed, 40, his wife Sumi Begum, 32, their son Shafi Ahmed, 5, and Juber’s sister-in-law Shamima Begum, 48.
Jaintapur police officer-in-charge Golam Dastagir Ahmed said that the accident took place at about 6:00am due to heavy rainfall.
