Three people died after being hit by two trains in Lalpur upazila of Natore this afternoon.
The deceased are Muntaz Master, 62, of Keshabpur village, and Jamiruddin, 60, and Sathi, 35, of Narayanpur vilage in Lalpur upazila.
The three were hit by two trains plying on two separate lines from Gopalpur railway gate to Narayanpur around 12:30pm today.
Mihir Ranjan, officer-in-charge of Ishwardi Police Station, confirmed the deaths in the train accidents.
