Dhaka, Dec 16 (Just News): Jatiya Oikya Front supremo Kamal Hossain on Sunday called on the people to resist repression and the hired goons in the style they had done in 1971.
‘We must be united to resist repression and “lathial bahini” like we did in 1971… We’ll lead the country forward based on the four fundamental principles of the Constitution,’ said Kamal after paying tribute to the martyrs of the Liberation War in 1971 at National Martyrs Memorial in Savar marking the 48th Victory Day on Sunday.
He said journalists that the dream of independent Bangladesh, achieved by sacrifices of billions of lives, is not materialised.
Among others, Bangladesh Nationalist Party leader Nazrul Islam Khan, ASM Abdur Rab and other JOF leaders accompanied him.
