The lowest temperature of the day was recorded at 7.2 degree Celsius in the district on Saturday.
Tofazzal Hossain, an official of Dinajpur’s regional weather office, said that the temperature was recorded in the morning.
“But the temperature rose when the sun appeared after two days,” he said, adding that the temperature may fall in the next one or two days.
Earlier on Thursday, the year’s lowest temperature 5.7˚C was recorded in Tetulia of Panchagarh district.
