The main opposition Bangladesh Nationalist Party on Wednesday rejected the schedule for the next general election announced by the Election Commission in the evening.
The party senior joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, addressing a virtual press conference, said that they were rejecting the election schedule by the ‘government’s subservient election commission’ with utter hatred.
He said that the chief election commission had mocked at the entire nation by announcing the schedule for holding the next election under the present government.
