Former Bangladesh cricketer and current BCB Cricket Operations Chairman Akran Khan has been hospitalized today. The former Bangladesh captain had tested positive for coronavirus last Friday.
"I had some symptoms and that's why I took the coronavirus test which came back positive," Akram had told the media on Monday.
The former skipper was admitted to Bangladesh Specialized Hospital today in the evening out of precaution. "He has a light lung infection so his family didn't take any chances," BCB CEO Nizamuddin Chowdhury said today.
