Bangladesh enforce follow-on for the first time

Dhaka, Dec 2 (Just News) : Off-spinner Mehidy Hasan claimed a career-best 7-58 as Bangladesh dismissed West Indies for 111 in their first innings of the second Test in Dhaka on Sunday.

Shimron Hetmyer top-scored with 39 as the West Indies were bowled out in less than an hour's play after beginning the third day at 75-5.

Shakib Al Hasan took the last wicket to finish with 3-27 and restrict West Indies to the lowest Test innings score by any side against Bangladesh.

The hosts, who made 508 in the first innings, took 397-run lead and asked the opposition to follow on for the first time in Bangladesh history.

The home side lead the two-Test series 1-0 thanks to their 64-run win in the first Test in Chittagong.
