Atiqullah Khan Masud, publisher and editor of Dainik Janakantha, and chairman of Globe Janakantha Shilpa Paribar, died of cardiac arrest Monday morning. He was 70.
Janakantha journalist Moshiur Rahman Khan confirmed the matter.
Atiqullah fell sick at about 5:30am and was taken to Evercare Hospital in the capital. Doctors said that he had died before reaching the hospital.
