A fire broke out at a building at Sonargaon Road in Banglamotor area in Dhaka on Sunday afternoon.
Duty officer of the fire service headquarters said that the fire broke out at the 3rd floor of the residential building, located beside the office of Somoy Television.
The blaze was brought under control 30 minutes after its eruption around 12:30pm, said duty officer at the fire service headquarters.
