Dhaka, Dec 25 (Just News): A 10-member Oikyafront delegation, led by its chief Dr Kamal Hossain, sat in a meeting with Chief Election Commissioner KM Nurul Huda at Nirbachan Bhaban in the city on Tuesday.
The other members include BNP General Secretary Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, senior BNP leaders Mirza Abbas, Abdul Moin Khan, Jafar Ullah Chowdhury, Goyessor Chandra Roy, Mostofa Mohsin Montu, Subroto Chowdury and Nazrul Islam Khan.
Election Commissioners Mahbub Talukder and Rafiqul Islam, and EC Secretary Helaluddin Ahmed are also present at the meeting.
Jatiya Oikyafront will be seeking the EC’s permission to hold a rally in Dhaka on December 28, two days ahead of the national election, according to the party insiders.
