Former health minister Mohammed Nasim, also a presidium member of the ruling Awami League, tested positive for Covid-19 today and was admitted to Bangladesh Specialised Hospital in Dhaka's Shyamoli this evening.
"My father's test report came positive today. He has been admitted to Bangladesh Specialised Hospital in Dhaka's Shyamoli…," said Nasim's son Tanvir Shakil Joy.
"If his condition deteriorates then we will shift him to the Combined Military Hospital," Tanvir added.
